Building a wine cellar or looking to revamp your inventory? We can help! We’ll take stock of what you’ve got, suggest what you might need, and help shape a collection that fits both your palate and your lifestyle. Not sure when to open an aging bottle or if a vintage is past its prime? We’ll help guide and empower you!
We’ll also source and order the bottles that will make your dream cellar a reality, and create a simple coding system for when to drink bottles based on your lifestyle.
POP-UP WINE EXPERIENCE
We bring it to you: a curated selection of wine based on your preferences and to suit the occasion, ice bucket, wine glasses & ice all brought to your house or venue. We’ll set everything up, pop the corks, and then hand over to you – the host with the most – to keep the evening flowing. Eddy will share his wine knowledge to ensure you get the perfect bottles for your budget.
WINE EXPERIENCE + SOMM
Looking for something a little more guided? We’ll arrive with wines, chill vessels, glassware, and a friendly (and very knowledgeable) sommelier to pour, chat, and share stories behind each bottle. Eddy has years of experience supplying wine to the top restaurants in Scotland so can help provide advice on pairing wines to your menu. Price varies depending on duration, guest count & wine selection.
